These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SAT Reps, the AI-powered SAT preparation service operated by SAT Reps LLC, a California limited liability company (“SAT Reps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The service is available at satreps.ai and any related applications (the “Service”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are a parent or guardian purchasing access for a student, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, to the extent permitted by law, on behalf of the student. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SAT Reps is an AI-powered SAT preparation platform. Students practice SAT-format questions, and the platform uses artificial intelligence to analyze wrong answers, identify error patterns, and deliver personalized coaching. Core features include:
The Service is designed for SAT preparation only. It is not a general tutoring service, a homework help tool, or a substitute for school instruction.
SAT Reps operates independently of the College Board. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to the College Board or any SAT administration organization. “SAT” is a trademark of the College Board.
To use SAT Reps, you must be:
If you are a parent or guardian creating or purchasing access for a student under 18, you represent that you have reviewed these Terms with the student and that you agree to these Terms on the student's behalf.
You create an account by signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your account with others.
You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding, including grade level and target SAT score. Inaccurate information will result in less relevant coaching from the AI.
Each student should have one account. Creating multiple accounts to extend trial access or circumvent access restrictions is a violation of these Terms.
SAT Reps operates with the following structure: a student creates and uses the account; a parent or guardian may purchase a subscription on the student's behalf. The parent or guardian who purchases a subscription is the billing party and is responsible for payment obligations. The student is the user of the learning features.
If you are a parent purchasing access, you agree that these Terms apply to both your use and your student's use, and that you take responsibility for your student's compliance with these Terms.
SAT Reps offers a 3-day free trial that begins when you complete the Score Snapshot (a 10-question diagnostic assessment). No credit card is required to start your trial. You will have full access to all paid features for 3 days.
At the end of your trial, a subscription is required to continue accessing practice sessions and AI coaching. You may subscribe at any time during or after your trial. If you do not subscribe, your existing data — Score Snapshot results, session history, and progress — remains accessible in read-only form.
After your trial ends, continued access to practice sessions and AI coaching requires a paid subscription. We offer the following plans:
Prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices with advance notice to active subscribers. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize SAT Reps to charge your payment method through Stripe for your selected subscription plan. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy).
The following features are always free and never require a subscription:
To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you retain access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in Section 5.6 or as required by applicable law. If you experience a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service, contact us at [email protected] and we will work in good faith to address it.
We offer a satisfaction guarantee for qualifying subscribers. The specific terms, eligibility requirements, and refund process are described at satreps.ai/guarantee. We reserve the right to modify the guarantee terms prospectively; any modification will not affect rights that have already accrued under the version in effect when you subscribed.
You agree to use SAT Reps only for its intended purpose — personal SAT preparation. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
SAT Reps uses artificial intelligence to generate explanations, coaching feedback, error pattern analysis, and session summaries. You acknowledge that:
You are responsible for verifying important information and for your own learning decisions.
SAT Reps owns all rights to the platform, including the software, design, question bank, AI systems, Wrong Answer Intelligence methodology, and all content we create. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in SAT Reps or its technology.
You retain ownership of your personal information and learning data. By using SAT Reps, you grant us a limited license to use your data to deliver the Service, to generate the AI analysis features that are the core of the product, and to improve the Service using aggregate and de-identified data. We do not claim ownership of your learning data. See the Privacy Policy, Section 8, for information on exporting or deleting your data.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use SAT Reps for your own personal SAT preparation. This license does not include any right to reproduce, redistribute, or sell any part of the Service.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. We do not guarantee any specific improvement in SAT score. SAT preparation outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the student's effort, test conditions, and individual learning differences.
The SAT is administered by the College Board. SAT Reps has no control over College Board test content, format changes, scoring, or administration.
Some states do not allow certain liability limitations. To the extent such limitations are not enforceable in your state, they apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SAT Reps LLC and its members, managers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service in a manner not authorized by these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. You may also close your account by contacting [email protected]. Closing your account will terminate your access to the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if: (a) you violate these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by law; (c) you engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users or to the integrity of the SAT preparation process; or (d) we discontinue the Service.
If we terminate your account for reasons other than your own violation of these Terms, we will provide a pro-rated refund for any unused subscription period.
After your account is closed, you will lose access to practice sessions and AI coaching. You will retain read-only access to your Score Snapshot results and session history for 30 days, during which you may export your data. After 30 days, this data may no longer be accessible through the app, though it is retained in our systems per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, please contact us at [email protected] and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes that proceed to formal legal proceedings shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Marin County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may cancel your account before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Satisfaction Guarantee policy (satreps.ai/guarantee), constitute the entire agreement between you and SAT Reps regarding the Service.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of that right going forward.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights as part of a business sale or restructuring, with notice to active subscribers.
